1. Time of production
The capacity is approximately 20 pods/month.

2. Exact sizes of the float tank?
Float Tank: 240cm*150cm*120cm (once the tank opening is opened, it would reach about 170cm in height.)

3.Are they able to run on a commercial basis?
Yes, they are designed for commercial use.

4. Maximum person size that would fit the tank and what volume of water would it take?
100L of water would but recommend 700L would suffice; because we do not need the users to float too high in the pod.
700L would be 30cm above the bottom of the tank; the density of the solution really depends on what you want to achieve with these pods.

5. Also does it have a heating and filtration system?
Yes it does.

6. Ventilation? How does it work? Preheated?
We have dual ventilation on the top of the capsule, which allows users to exchange air.
This also prevents condensation that would occur in other types of float tanks.


Technicals
1. Power of pump
The pump is at 300W, mainly to circulate the water in the spa capsule. This will work from 110V-220V depending on your specificactions.

2. Power of heating
1500W, it should keep the warm water warm up to 60 degrees Celcius. This will work from 110V-220V depending on your specificactions.
Yes, the heating is constant, so there should not be any drop if you have the settings right.
How much loss in the temperature depends on:
a. What kind of solution you put; e.g. amount of Epsom salt you put in the whole solution.
b. What kind of temperature you set the room temperature to.

3. Display and software

The cost of the production is mainly in the tank. The filtration system is currently a few buttonsto do the follow:

a. Circulate the water solution from the tank into the filtration, this will remove any dirt and contamination in the water.

b. Warms the water solution in the tank up to 60 C degrees.

You can also choose to turn this off if you choose.

7. Material of equipment box.
The box of the filtration system is stainless steel, so are the outflow vents.

8.There is a window on the top?

There is a semi see-through material at the top for those customers who may be scared to be in complete darkness, but if you turn off the light in the room, you will not be able to see anything.
